Welcome to Google Drive! It’s free to use (up to 15 GB) and very easy. Once you create your account, and go to your Google drive, it looks like this:

To add something, go up to the NEW button on the left. From the menu that drops down, select File Upload

To attach a link so you can allow others to see it (and enter it into the registration tool), click on your uploaded document and go up to the right hand corner:

The thing circled in red that looks like a chain link is what you click on and it assigns the link. When you click, you see the information below. Copy the link.

Once you’ve copied your link, go here to share your contribution.

Enter the information about your submission and you are done!
