Local Groups and Fan Clubs
In 1996, Peg McNabb published a handy, pocket-sized booklet called A Mini-Guide
To B&B Fandom - Fan Clubs and Newsletters in the US and Overseas. It was a
nice reference where one could quickly find out about all the clubs that were known
to Peg at that time. Sadly, she hasn't had the time to maintain it, since updating
and publishing her excellent Beauty and the Beast Directory takes up so much
of her time.
Peg has offered to have the contents of her Mini-Guide published here on the
web, so that the B&B online fandom at large can take on the task of maintaining
this information as a group effort. Please click here to read my impassioned plea
for help with this!! :)
I hope you find this resource helpful, and I do thank Peg very much for all of
her research that got this ball rolling!

common vision concerning B&B. All publications and club discussions
center on the classic B&B themes of Vincent and Catherine's relationship,
as shown in the first 2 seasons, while repsecting the rights of others who
also might enjoy aspects and themes of the third season. Yearly meeting at
each con only, since there is no central core location and membership is
scattered around the US.

If you belong to a B&B club that is not listed here, or if you even know
of one that has been missed, PLEASE write me at the email address below and let me
know! Further, if you see errors in the info that is already posted here, or if you
simply want to give me a freshly worded update on a club, I'll take all of that, too.
One of my goals is to get a better handle on which of these clubs have regular,
face-to-face meetings and which do not. If a club has regular meetings, then I
consider it a local B&B group and list it under the state or country that it
serves. If a club's members communicate through a publication of some sort and do
not meet, then that club's state or country of origin is unimportant, and it is
listed in the Newsletter-Only section.
I'd greatly appreciate any help you can give in keeping this reference as
up-to-date as it can be!
